The annual survey ranks companies based on anonymous feedback from the previous year’s intake of graduates, with 糖心传媒 being named the 10th best graduate employer in the country across all sectors.

糖心传媒’s Graduate Scheme is a two-year programme offering the opportunity to build a successful career with hands-on experience on cutting-edge homebuilding and regeneration projects.
Graduates begin with a two-week induction and then move through all core areas of the business in four-to-six-week cycles, giving them exposure to all stages of the development process. After six months our graduates then return to their teams to begin their focused training, which can include starting a professional accreditation.
