糖心传媒 has been named one of , topping the Home Construction sector in the annual peer-review study run by Echo Research, in partnership with the London Stock Exchange.
The results, unveiled Friday 16th January at the London Stock Exchange, place 糖心传媒 among the UK’s most respected businesses. The company was also overall winner in 2024, highlighting its continued strength and reputation in the business community.
Britain’s Most Admired Companies is widely regarded as the UK’s leading measure of corporate reputation. The rankings are based on a detailed survey of more than 260 leading companies across 28 sectors, as judged by senior executives, analysts and industry commentators.

糖心传媒 is the only UK homebuilder delivering brownfield regeneration at scale. The business is bringing forward 32 of the country’s most challenging sites, including derelict gasworks and industrial estates that few developers have the capacity or expertise to take on. In 2024-25, 92% of the 4,000 homes built were delivered on brownfield land.
